Motorways and bridges operated by the state between the starting and ending points of the transfer are included in our prices. In the event of an alternative route selection during the transfer, the fees for privately operated expressways, bridges, tunnels, and ferries used for express travel will be charged to the passenger.
All drivers have a psychotecnical certificate of SRC and are trained in 12 hours of professional driving techniques.
If there is a change or cancellation to your flight or itinerary, don’t worry. Up to 120 minutes before your scheduled transfer time, you may open-date or cancel free of charge. The amount you paid will be refunded to you after the deduction of applicable taxes. Additionally, after your flight lands, our vehicles have a maximum waiting time of 120 minutes (otherwise a no-show will be applied). Please use your time inside the terminal wisely and proceed to the exit gate on time.
